Radiator
Guards
Our
radiator guards have been designed to provide great protection
with minimal reduction in airflow while keeping the weight
increase down. All of our radiator guards incorporate
tubes across the face of the guard offering excellent
side impact protection. Most designs include substantial
rear bracing to further enhance both side impact and fold
back strength.
The grill design has been flow tested and reduces linear
air flow by less than 10% at lower speeds when compared
to the standard louvre grill supplied with most bikes.

Bash
Plates & Skid Plates
We had always found the traditional design of bash plates
very frustrating when it came to maintenance. They were
always difficult to remove for cleaning so the bike was
always carrying an extra kilo or two of mud. When it came
to oil changes there was always the concern of picking
up dirt while feeding the sump plug up through the hole
in the bash plate. Our solution was to develop mounting
hardware so that the bash plate could be removed with
a single bolt. While the design varies from one bike to
another, they all feature quality stainless steel brackets.

Case Savers
Case savers provide protection for your engine casing
in the event the chain breaks or derails. Our case savers
are machined from billet aluminium and are designed so
that the original sprocket cover can be refitted if required.

Clutch Covers
Our clutch covers are machined from 6061 aluminium offering
excellent protection compared to the stock cast covers.
We machine our covers to be slightly thicker in the area
of the brake lever as it is where clutch covers are most
commonly damaged. The covers are hard anodised to reduce
wear. We can laser engrave your name and number onto the
cover for a small fee. Examples

Sight Glass Protector
Sight glasses are the easiest way of checking the oil
level unfortunately the sight glass is very vulnerable
to breakage. Our sight glass covers are made from stainless
steel with 3 slots to allow easy viewing of the oil level
while providing excellent protection.

Exhaust Shields
Our exhaust shields provide protection from burning pants
or boots on exposed exhaust pipes. Click the Part

Wheel Spanners
Our wheel spanners are made from 5mm stainless steel and
are designed to offer excellent strength at a low weight,
typically 120grams. The size combinations are intended
to fit both front and rear wheel nuts.
